Sadie graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster in August 2015. Taking the massage therapy program was an easy decision for her:

“I genuinely love what I do! I love meeting new people, leaning about what makes you YOU and working with you to find the best plan to reach your health and wellness goals.”

Her style of treatment involves a thorough orthopedic assessment, an individualized treatment (with an array of treatment modalities) and a few home care exercises and/or stretches to do at home.

Sadie is trained in Graston Technique and has found major improvements in patients who have tried it!

Outside of work, Sadie loves the outdoors - camping, hiking, fishing, exploring, you name it!! Being closer to nature is one of the main reasons that brought her to Kamloops. Sadie has also been a dancer since she was 6 years old and is still fully immersed in it today!

Sadie is New to Kamloops and is looking forward to building a new home and practice as well as enjoying everything that Kamloops has to offer!

Kristina is not accepting New Patients for the time being, kindly please check back again for updates.

Kristina has been practicing for over 15 years as a Registered Massage Therapist. She has always had a passion for helping people and an interest in massage therapy. Health and fitness is very important to her and she believes that staying active, eating healthy and reducing stress can play a huge part in our longevity and overall wellbeing. In her practice she uses both relaxing and therapeutic techniques like trigger point therapy, myofacial release, passive stretching etc, but will also cater to your individual needs and what is being treating. At times a deep tissue treatment may be warranted, but sometimes one simply just needs to take a moment and destress from their regular day. Kristina is originally from Ottawa, Ontario where she grew up playing a number of sports, swimming, boating, and fishing. She has discovered a love of gardening, love for food and cooking and can usually be seen at the gym, doing Pilates, hiking, wandering farmers markets or out having a coffee at a coffee shop. She drove across Canada from Ottawa to beautiful BC back in 2011, packing her truck and a trailer with a big sense of adventure and hit the road. She has since relocated from the Lower Mainland to Kamloops a few years back and is happy to be a part of this community and cannot wait to explore the area even further. She looks forward to continuing to make new friends and welcoming new people at the clinic.
